Characteristics of the Plan. With this plan you may have two choices of cover, Comprehensive and Basic as they appeared on the table below:

Choices of Cover:

Comprehensive Coverage – Plan A4 Medical Insurance. (All amount are in Cyprus Pounds)

• Maximum Amount per Illness or Accident 5.00

• Maximum Amount per Illness or Accident with maximum per person per year 8.000

• Day-care Treatment (room and board) 40

• Day-care Treatment in Intensive Care 100

• Maternity Benefit (normal or caesarean) 300

• Transfer of Body up to 2.000

• Percentage of Cover 90%

Out – Patient cover (all amount is Cyprus Pounds)

• Maximum Amount per Illness or Accident 400

• Maximum Amount per insured period per person 1.000

• Maximum Amount per doctor’s visit 10

• Percentage of Cover 90%

• Basic Cover – Plan A5 (Insurance of Hospital Cover)

In - Patient cover (all amount is Cyprus Pounds)

• Maximum Amount per Illness or Accident 5.000

• Maximum Amount per Illness or Accident with maximum per person per year 8.000

• Day-care Treatment (room and board) 40

• Day-care Treatment in Intensive Care 100

• Maternity Benefit (normal or caesarean) 300
