The All Risks Policy basically provides indemnity in respect of any loss or damage to the Property Insured from any cause not excluded. This is obviously a more expensive policy than a specific named perils policy which only indemnifies the Insured against specific named perils.

The exclusions in an All Risks Policy would obviously vary depending on the property to be insured.
